Ostler · for inns
Vans that need a space tonight, and a drink at your bar.
inn sends motorhomes and campervans that are late on the road to your car park for the night. They book and pay before they arrive; you keep a few spaces for them, and their first drink is on the house.
You set it
How many spaces you keep (we ask for 2), your price, £5 to £20 a night (most inns charge £8 to £12), and your last coach: the latest a van can arrive.
Close spaces any time
A busy night, a function in the car park: close spaces for any night in Ostler. Booked spaces stay booked; everything else is yours to open and close.
Paid, and a drink
Travellers pay when they book; you keep 75%. Their emailed token gets them a drink at the bar, which you scan, and most stay for more.
The terms, in short
- Parking only, for one vehicle a space: not a room and not a campsite. Nothing set up outside, nothing left behind, away by your morning time.
- You keep the spaces you set until your last coach. If a booked traveller arrives in time and can't park, they get a full refund and a credit from us; tell us if it ever happens.
- Travellers can cancel free until 2 hours before your last coach; after that the night is paid.
- andwaggon takes 25% of the night's price; you're paid the rest. The token's drink is on you.
- You can pause, change your terms or leave whenever you want; bookings already made are kept.
The full venue terms (draft, being reviewed) are agreed when you go live.
