Booking terms
1. Who we are
inn.andwaggon (the website at inn.andwaggon.com) is run by The Blue Technology Ltd, trading as andwaggon ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 15356158, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. Write to piste@andwaggon.com.
2. What you're booking
A booking is the right to park one vehicle overnight in the car park ("the yard") of the inn you chose, on the night you chose: arriving between the inn's "arrive from" time and its last coach (the latest you can arrive), and leaving by its "away by" time the next morning. It is parking only: not a room, not accommodation and not a campsite. The inn, not andwaggon, provides the space; we arrange the booking and take payment on the inn's behalf.
3. Paying
You pay the price shown when you book, by card through our payment provider, Stripe. The price includes any VAT the inn charges. While you pay, the space is held for you for 20 minutes; if you don't finish paying, it is released.
4. Your token
When you've paid we email you a token, a QR code. Show it at the bar when you arrive. It is your proof of the booking and gets you the drink the inn describes, once. It works only for the night booked and can be used only once. Alcohol is served only to people aged 18 or over, at the inn's discretion; a soft drink is always an alternative. Don't drive after drinking: being in charge of a vehicle while over the limit is an offence even when it is parked.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel free of charge until 2 hours before the inn's last coach on the night you booked, and we refund the full price to the card you paid with (it can take a few days to show). After that the night is paid and isn't refunded, including if you arrive after last coach or don't arrive.
6. If the inn can't give you a space
If you arrive between the "arrive from" time and last coach with a valid token and the inn can't give you a space, we refund you in full and add a credit for a future night. Tell us at piste@andwaggon.com. If an inn has to cancel your booking beforehand, we refund you in full and let you know at once.
7. While you're there
- Park where the inn tells you, within the vehicle limits shown, and follow the inn's own requests (quiet hours, say).
- Nothing set up outside the vehicle: no awnings, chairs, tables or barbecues; leave nothing behind and empty no waste.
- The inn can refuse or end your stay, without a refund, if you break these rules or put people or property at risk.
- Your vehicle and what's in it are at your own risk, except where the inn or we are legally responsible.
8. Complaints and the law
Tell us first at piste@andwaggon.com; we'll reply within 5 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your own courts. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
