Terms of use

Version 1.0 · in force from 5 October 2026

1. Who we are

piste.andwaggon (the website at piste.andwaggon.com, "the site") is run by The Blue Technology Ltd, trading as andwaggon ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15356158, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. You can reach us at piste@andwaggon.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply whenever you use the site. By using it, and when you join, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your information. Businesses that claim or manage a listing also agree to our business terms. We may update these terms; we'll put the new version here with its date, and tell members by email when anything important changes.

3. What the site is, and what it isn't

The site helps people plan ski trips by motorhome and campervan: resorts, places to stay, the drive, the weather, and travelling together. We research it carefully, show where each fact comes from and when, and mark what's been checked. But:

4. Your account

You can use much of the site without an account. Signing in uses a link sent to your email; keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be 18 or over to have an account. You may add the people you travel with, including children, to plan for them: only add people whose details you're allowed to share. You can export or delete your account at any time from your profile.

5. The beta

The beta is an early, free membership that unlocks members-only places, convoys and members' deals. Because it's early, features may change, break or end, and it's provided as it is. We'll tell you before it ever costs anything, and you can leave it at any time. Beta feedback you send helps us improve the site; we may use it freely.

6. Convoys, shared trips and meeting people

Convoys and shared trips let you travel with, or be followed by, other people. Those people are not vetted by us. Use your judgement about who you travel with and what you share; you can leave a convoy or stop sharing your location at any time. Live location is shared only while a trip is running and only with its members. You are responsible for your own vehicle, driving and safety, and for anything you arrange with others.

7. What you post

When you post reviews, reports, photos, convoy messages or feedback, you confirm it's true to your experience and that you have the right to share it (for photos, that they're yours and the people in them don't mind). You keep ownership of it, and give us a worldwide, free licence to show it on the site, use it to check and improve our information, and adapt it (for example resize a photo). Don't post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, private about someone else, or advertising. We may remove anything that breaks these terms, and suspend accounts that do.

8. Deals

Members' deals are offered by the businesses themselves, on their own terms; the business is responsible for honouring them. A deal code is for one use by the member it's issued to and has no cash value.

9. Links and other services

The site links to other websites (booking pages, maps, partners). Some links earn us a commission, which never changes the price you pay; they're marked. We're not responsible for other websites.

10. Our responsibility to you

We provide the site with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Apart from that, because the site is free information and planning tools, we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on information that turns out to be wrong or out of date, from decisions about where to drive, park or stay, or from the acts of businesses or other users. We're not responsible for business losses.

11. The site's content

The site's design, text, research and data are ours or used with permission (map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, and the sources shown on each page). You may use the site for your own trips; please don't copy it in bulk or scrape it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protections of the consumer law where you live and can bring proceedings there. Something wrong? Tell us first at piste@andwaggon.com and we'll try to put it right.
