Business terms

Version 1.0 · in force from 5 October 2026

These terms apply to businesses (and the people acting for them) that sign up to manage a listing on piste.andwaggon, run by The Blue Technology Ltd, trading as andwaggon, company number 15356158, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU (piste@andwaggon.com). Our terms of use and privacy policy apply too.

1. Your listing

A basic listing is free. We list businesses from public information whether or not they've claimed their listing; claiming it lets you check and correct it, confirm details so travellers see them as confirmed by you, and see how travellers use it. We decide how listings are shown and ranked, and may edit or decline content to keep the site accurate and consistent.

2. Who can claim

You may only claim a business you own or are authorised to act for. You must tell us the truth when you sign up and prove it if we ask (a code to the business's published email, a call to its published number, or a document). We may refuse, remove or suspend access if we're not satisfied, or if someone with a better claim comes forward. Owners can add or remove the other people who manage their business.

3. Keeping it accurate

You're responsible for the corrections and details you give us: keep prices, opening dates, rules (including whether vans may stay overnight), vehicle limits and booking links accurate and lawful. Corrections may be checked before they're shown, and what you confirm is shown as confirmed by you. Don't add anything misleading, unlawful or belonging to someone else (for example photos you don't have the rights to).

4. What you give us permission to use

You give us a free, worldwide licence to show, adapt and translate the information, text and photos you provide on the site and in our apps and communications about the site, for as long as your listing is shown and a reasonable time after.

5. Members' deals

If you offer a deal to our members, you set its terms and must honour it for a member who shows a valid, unused code during its dates. You may end a deal at any time for the future, but not for codes already issued and still valid. Codes are single-use; you're responsible for checking and redeeming them with your PIN.

6. Paid features

If we offer paid features (such as Featured listings), their price and terms will be agreed separately before anything is charged.

7. Ending

You can stop managing your listing at any time by telling us. We may stop providing these features, or remove a listing, on reasonable notice, or straight away if these terms are broken. Information already public about your business may stay listed.

8. Responsibility

We provide the listing tools with reasonable care, but we don't promise any number of travellers or bookings. Except for what can't be limited by law, we're not responsible for indirect or business losses (such as lost profit), and our total responsibility under these terms is limited to £100. You're responsible for claims against us that arise from information or deals you provide.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
